Ordering from swaggergifts.com is safe and secure. Because we use SSL technology, all your information is encrypted as it is transmitted. Additionally, we pledge to protect your privacy and will not disclose your address, phone number, email address or any other personally identifiable information to any outside party, unless required by law to do so.
We ask for your e-mail address for online purchases in order to communicate with you about your order. We do not rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses. We may use your e-mail address to communicate advance notice of events, new products and services. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email your receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, you can pick the item up at our store in Cary, NC or we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to Swagger’s site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
At Swagger, protecting your transactions is a priority. To make sure your information is safely guarded, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL ). Orders placed online can be paid only with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card accounts are billed when you submit your order.
Your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders are sent through a secure server using the latest SSL technology to encrypt the information being transmitted. Additionally, your credit card number is passed directly through Authorize.net using the most sophisticated online security available. We do not see nor do we store your credit card number on our site.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
We will make every attempt to ship items on the same invoice at the same time. However, your shipment may arrival in several boxes depending on the items and time of year.
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call us at 1-877-792-4437 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, but we can NOT guarantee it.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
Usually products will ship based on the turn around time given for each individual item on the website. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If the item will not be coming back in we will credit your credit card within 3 - 5 business days.
In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. Next, complete this Return Form and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Once your package is received please allow 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will either be called or emailed a notification.
*If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact our warehouse within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the order is returned past the limit stated above or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the charge applied to your card or we will apply a 30% restocking fee and you will be given an online credit. No refund.
Items will ship by the turnaround time listed on each individual item. The turnaround time is the time in store before the item ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time only as an estimate – we can not guarantee shipment times by the USPS, UPS or Fedex. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We ship exclusively through UPS to destinations in the continental USA, and via UPS AIR to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipping to APO/FPO military addresses ship via the Postal Service. Swagger reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment.
Orders shipping to addresses within North Carolina will be charged sales tax.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Swagger shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Swagger shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Swagger shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
